By accessing or using our website, platform, or services—including any CRM subaccounts provisioned through Go High Level (“GHL”)—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Overview
Lead Marketing CRM provides CRM access, done-for-you setup, lead generation systems, outbound marketing services, automation, AI-powered tools, and digital marketing infrastructure.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, clients, and anyone accessing a CRM subaccount provided by us.
2. CRM Access & Subaccounts (Go High Level)
When you sign up for Lead Marketing CRM, you are granted access to a subaccount within our Go High Level (GHL) agency account.
You understand and agree:
Your account is licensed access, not ownership of software
We retain administrative control of all subaccounts
Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at our discretion if Terms are violated
Migration, export, or transfer of assets may not be available or may incur additional fees
Certain features depend on third-party services (Twilio, Mailgun, etc.) and are not guaranteed
By using our services, you also agree to comply with Go High Level’s applicable terms and policies.
3. Services Provided
Depending on your selected package, services may include:
CRM setup and configuration
Website and funnel builds
Domain and integration setup
Email, SMS, and phone automation
AI agents and workflows
Calendar and pipeline systems
Lead generation services (ads, outbound calling, direct mail)
Course or content hosting within the CRM
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on responsiveness, complexity, and third-party dependencies.
We reserve the right to adjust deliverables based on platform capabilities or technical limitations.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy laws)
Obtain proper consent before sending SMS, emails, or automated communications
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Use the platform ethically and lawfully
You may NOT use the system for:
Spam, phishing, or unsolicited messaging

5. Payments & No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing any service, subscription, or setup package, you acknowledge:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
This includes setup fees, monthly services, CRM access, and any add-ons
Work begins immediately upon payment or shortly thereafter
Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund.
Subscription fees (including GHL usage, phone, SMS, and email services) are billed recurring and remain your responsibility unless canceled.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, templates, workflows, automations, and frameworks created by Lead Marketing CRM remain our intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets within your account.
You may NOT:
Copy, resell, or redistribute our systems
Reverse engineer or duplicate our frameworks
Use our materials outside of your licensed environment
The underlying platform (Go High Level) remains the property of its respective owners.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in illegal or unethical conduct
Abuse support, staff, or systems
Upon termination:
Access to your subaccount may be revoked
Data may be deleted at our discretion
No refunds will be issued
8. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee:
Leads, sales, or revenue
Marketing performance or ROI
Deliverability of emails or SMS
Platform uptime or uninterrupted service
Results depend on your business, market, offer, and execution.
We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers (including GHL, Twilio, Mailgun, Meta, Google, etc.).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Marketing Pros, LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruption
Data loss or system downtime
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction selected by Lead Marketing Pros, LLC.
You agree to submit to this jurisdiction regardless of your location.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
