Welcome to Lead Marketing CRM, operated by Lead Marketing Pros, LLC. By accessing or using our website, platform, or services—including any custom-built CRM systems powered by Go High Level—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Overview

Lead Marketing CRM provides done-for-you CRM setups, lead generation systems, email and SMS automation, AI-powered features, course deployment, and digital marketing infrastructure.These Terms apply to all users of the site and services, including clients, visitors, and those who purchase any package such as the Lead Marketing Fast Pass.

2. Services Provided

When you purchase a service (e.g., Fast Pass), we agree to deliver the following within 30 days:

Fully branded websiteDomain setup and integrationEmail, SMS, and phone automationPersonal AI agents configuredCalendar integrationLead magnets and workflowsOne course loaded into your CRM

We reserve the right to make adjustments to deliverables based on technical limitations, client input, or evolving platform capabilities.

3. Use of Go High Level

Our CRM systems are built on the Go High Level platform. By using Lead Marketing CRM, you also agree to comply with Go High Level’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We do not own or control Go High Level but configure your account and infrastructure within their environment.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when signing upUse the system in compliance with all applicable lawsAvoid spamming, phishing, or using the system for unethical practicesRespect copyright laws when uploading any content (e.g., course materials)Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

You may not use Lead Marketing CRM to host or distribute malicious software, adult content, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

5. Payments & Refunds

The Lead Marketing Fast Pass and all other service packages are paid upfront. Due to the custom nature of our work, no refunds will be issued once the build process has begun. If you cancel before project kickoff, a refund may be considered at our discretion.Ongoing subscription costs for CRM usage (hosted by Go High Level) are your responsibility after setup.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content created for your CRM (e.g., funnels, automations, AI scripts, graphics) is licensed to you for use within your Lead Marketing CRM account. You do not own the underlying code or Go High Level platform.Our brand materials, logos, and proprietary frameworks remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or services if you:

Violate these TermsEngage in illegal or unethical use of the systemAbuse customer support or violate our community standards

If terminated, no refunds will be issued.

8. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees regarding specific lead results, traffic volume, or conversions. While we set up tools designed for growth, results vary based on your niche, effort, offer, and market conditions.We are not liable for outages, performance issues, or third-party service disruptions (including Go High Level, Twilio, or SMTP services).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Marketing CRM and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Changes to Terms
