I want to congratulate Cindy, one of our newest virtual assistants on being the top sales rep for my company last week!!!

She even outsold me!!!

I simply run ads on meta.

Leads come in every day.

Cindy calls leads on phone after 24 hours.

She schedules sales zoom calls (that she does without me). And closes the deal.

And then hands off client to Charity, our badass account manager.

Absolutely amazing to see.

I am so proud of this team.

I'm 41 years old, and I finally learned that I was the bottleneck to business growth. The reason why business growth doesn't WORK... Is because the owner does 24-7.
