I’ll admit something I fought for years…
Cold outreach works. Right now, it might be working better than inbound.
Why? Because math always wins.
Knock 50 doors, get 1 yes.
Call 200 people, get 1 yes.
That’s predictable. That’s scalable.
Meanwhile, waiting for inbound leads is like hoping the phone rings while your competitors are already closing deals.
And here’s what really surprised me…
B2B cold outreach is on fire.
Business owners answer.
They respond.
They make decisions fast.
I used to think call centers were a waste.
I used to think cold email lists didn’t work.
I was wrong.
Recently, I traveled to Oklahoma for Chris Rood’s Allies Mastermind. While I was there, I saw where Bonnie and Clyde died. Then I stopped in Dallas and saw where JFK was shot. And not long after, I stood in Tombstone, Arizona where the most famous gunfight in American history took place.
Here’s what hit me…
History is made by people who take action.
Not the ones waiting around.
Marketing is the same way.
If you’re in a service business, stop waiting for leads to come to you.
Go where your competitors are not.
